Affordable Hands-On Representation
I am an Atlanta bankruptcy attorney with over 20 years of experience in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases. I personally do the consultation, file the petition, and attend all court hearings.
Before opening my firm, I graduated from Emory University School of Law. While there, I did a clerkship with the Honorable Bankruptcy Judge, Stacey Cotton. I was also a member of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal. After Emory, I worked for large creditor firms in their attempt to collect debt. I believe that this experience makes me a better bankruptcy lawyer.
I treat every case as is it were my only case. I answer phone calls. I even provide my cell phone to all clients.
We are a federally designated debt relief agency pursuant to Title 11 of the US Code. We provide legal assistance and help people file for bankruptcy relief under the
Bankruptcy Code.
