Mr. Davis is a 1979 graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and Duke University's School of Law in Durham, North Carolina. He has worked for both state and federal government, most notably as a federal prosecutor for seven years. He is also a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Since 1996, Mr. Davis has engaged in the private practice of law, primarily assisting those with financial difficulties or criminal charges.
We are a federally designated debt relief agency pursuant to Title 11 of the US Code. We provide legal assistance and help people file for bankruptcy relief under the
Bankruptcy Code.
