Joyce Leary Clark, Esq., the proprietor of Scarborough Legal Center, and her assistant, Penny Kacere, have been providing bankruptcy services to clients in Southern Maine for over 15 years.
Joyce, a Saco native, received her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law. She has been a member of the Maine bar since 1990. She is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
We represent clients in Cumberland, York, Oxford, and Androscoggin Counties. We file cases under both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
